In an interview with ABC, Vance noted that the US administration believes "it’s a good deal for the people of Israel.” • The US VP argued that Iran wants to "turn over a new leaf" with US.

On the right and the left, Jewish groups are expressing concerns about the deal that Trump and Iran announced on Sunday night, even as its terms have not yet officially come into focus.

"This agreement is going to make Israel safer, going to make the entire region safer. We feel quite confident that the Israelis are going to be brought in," Vance said in a CBS interview.

Trump added that the memorandum of understanding would be released "pretty soon."

Political Islam, or Islamism, despite its modern aspects and appearance, has its roots in the original Islam of Medina. It was there that the Prophet Muhammad established the first Islamic state.

Reses, who’s been in his role since Vance and President Donald Trump took office in January 2025, is perhaps the closest Jewish official in Vance’s orbit.

"I feel that we are in a position to get a deal that is good for the US economically and that really does deal with the Iranian nuclear program, not just now... but for the long term," he said.

Meanwhile, Vice President JD Vance told Fox News that the US will reach a deal in its own interests with Iran, even if Israel disagrees or opposes it.

US President Donald Trump confirmed that he called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "f****ing crazy" during a call on Monday in an interview on Pod Force One released on Wednesday. 

JD Vance said during a White House briefing that although the war with Iran is not a "forever war," an escalation in the absence of a diplomatic solution would serve long-term US security interests.
