The 24-year-old Palestinian entered Israel illegally and allegedly killed a cyclist while riding a stolen vehicle in Tel Aviv, the Israel Police announced.

The wounded man was evacuated in serious condition to Wolfson Medical Center, where medical teams were forced to pronounce his death.
