Ibrahim Hilo, the terrorist responsible for holding St.-Sgt. Oron Shaul's body in Gaza for nearly ten years, was indicted following a Lahav 433 and Shin Bet investigation.

The defendants took advantage of their access to steal weapons over the span of several months and resell them for several hundreds of thousands of shekels.

Following the police's announcement, the Nahariya Municipality released a statement confirming that its personnel were involved in the investigation.

A few months ago, the senior official allegedly locked the door of his office while an employee was inside, confiscated the employee's mobile phone, and attempted to review recordings.

In a separate incident, police found the knife used to kill Destao Tsakol, 19, in Beersheba. A prosecutor's statement was filed against the four minors who are suspects in the case. 

This development came less than a day after the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court extended the detention of the main suspect, a 17-year-old resident of Lod.

Drivers were captured on camera engaging in offenses such as distracted driving, using a cellphone while driving, and speeding, with many of the traffic infractions being repeat offenses.

The defendant allegedly committed the sexual offenses in the family home and in his daughter's bedroom, among other locations, and recorded his acts on his phone.

The plan includes bolstering police presence on the roads, stepping up enforcement, and expanding intelligence and operational efforts to catch drivers responsible for serious offenses.
