President Isaac Herzog described the high murder rate within the Arab community as an "ugly stain" on Israeli society, demanding that the government act to reduce the violent crime rate.

Among the injured was a 50-year-old man in moderate condition who had suffered a head injury. The remaining 22 were in light condition, suffering from weakness, fainting, and light bruising.

Nine people were injured in the four accidents.

Six rockets were successfully intercepted, but the seventh hit a residence, injuring the woman inside, Magen David Adom said.

Sirens sounded across the region at approximately 9:10 a.m. following the identification of an Iranian missile, believed to contain a cluster munitions warhead, according to initial reports.
