Gluten-free protein bar in vanilla crunch white chocolate flavor

The TODAY brand by Shestovitz expands its protein bar line and launches a new flavor: Vanilla Crunch coated in white chocolate. This is a gluten-free bar that joins the brand’s CRISPY series, a series that emphasizes a light, non-dense texture thanks to the use of rice crisps.

The new bar offers a 1 to 10 protein-to-calorie ratio, with 18 grams of quality protein per 51-gram bar, and only about 186 calories. The protein comes from milk and whey protein sources, making it suitable for consumption after a workout or as a satisfying snack during the day.

Unlike many protein bars, the series contains no artificial sweeteners and aims to combine nutritional value with an enjoyable taste experience. The development was carried out by a professional team led by a clinical dietitian and food technologist, in collaboration with sports nutrition manufacturers from England and Canada.
