Using a qualitative, phenomenological approach, the researchers analyzed 203 dream narratives collected in the wake of the October 7, 2023, Hamas terror attack and the Israel–Hamas war that followed.

We have only one life to live. Let’s try to leave the world better than we found it. 

Participants with a positive attitude towards dreams and a tendency to mind-wander were much more likely to remember their dreams.
