Ingredients:
400 grams (2 cups) popcorn kernels
400 grams (4 bars) milk chocolate
40 grams (3 tablespoons) cocoa butter
5 grams (¾ teaspoon) salt
Add-ins:
2 handfuls of pretzel pieces
1 bag of Apropo snack pieces
Upgrade Options:
Lotus biscuit pieces
Bissli
Any other preferred add-ins
White, milk, or dark chocolate (your choice)
Preparation:
Prepare the popcorn according to the instructions on the package.
Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter in a bowl.
Place the popcorn, pretzels, and Apropo in a large bowl for easy mixing.
Pour the melted chocolate and salt over the mixture and stir gently until fully coated (do not crush).
Gradually add popcorn to match the amount of chocolate, ensuring everything is well coated.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut into pieces or crumble as desired.
Store in the freezer for best results.
