In recent years, the home kitchen has undergone a transformation in status. Whereas it was once seen purely as a functional space, today it stands at the heart of the home – a place for creativity, entertaining, and even daily escape. Alongside the rising popularity of elaborate home cooking, more and more consumers are looking to bring a professional standard from luxury restaurants into their own kitchens.

The Italian brand DEMANINCOR, imported to Israel by Nyga Chef FOR HOME, offers cooking systems currently used in over 50 Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe. This equipment is built to withstand high loads, extreme heat, and an intensive pace of work – a standard originally intended for professional kitchens.

The company’s intriguing move is to adapt these systems for the private market without compromising on professional specifications. Alongside advanced technical capabilities, the brand offers custom-made stainless steel systems in a variety of finishes and colors – from deep red and purple to green, chocolate brown, black with gold accents, and metallic copper shades.

According to Yael Moskowitz, Marketing Director of Nyga Chef FOR HOME, there is a noticeable trend of customers seeking to combine professional performance with dominant design: “The connection between technology tested in star-studded kitchens and customization allows the creation of a highly functional space that also makes a clear design statement.”

Among the systems offered are ovens that reach temperatures up to 320°C and feature rotisserie functions, powerful burners, French-style cooktops, pasta cookers, and sous-vide cooking systems – elements primarily known from the world of professional gastronomy.

In an era where the home has become the center of life, the kitchen is increasingly perceived as a personal creative lab – and when it combines advanced technology with a strong design presence, it is no longer just a place to cook, but a space to live in.
