NORTH Thousands of people are expected to hit the pavement and run for a good cause at the donor-sponsored “Get Out and Run” event in Haifa on April 21. For each kilometer run by participants in what is said to be a “fun and beautiful” route around the northern port city, NIS 20 will be donated by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews to a philanthropic cause. Runners are encouraged to run as many times as they can around the circular two-kilometer route that starts in Gan Ha'em before turning around near the Yefe Nof Garden.
