Naturally beautiful hair Announcing its commitment to “More sustainability, collaboration and community,” L'Oréal Paris introduces a new hair care line based on potent natural ingredients with no parabens, silicone or colorants. “Our search for finer ingredients from natural origins, more sustainable processes and more delightful textures helped us find a new way to make hair beautiful. And we won't stop searching. Because we believe that at every step in life's journey, we all have an opportunity to find our better nature,” says the company. In its dedication to crafting luxurious hair care infused with botanical ingredients, the company has launched three lines: Safflower – rich infusion for dry hair; Coriander – strengthening for brittle, fragile hair; and Geranium – remedy for damaged or dull hair. The three lines include a shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and serum or cream. All the products are based on a unique formula that contains soy and coconut essences, and the packaging is made from 100% recycled materials that can be easily recycled again. Clean and simple Joining the natural trend, Garnier has launched a new line of facial cleansers and moisturizing creams called Botanical, with four different lines for four different skin types. The formulas in the collections are cleaner – with no parabens, silicone or colorants. They include natural ingredients from ecological sources, such as honey from Ethiopia to nourish dry to very dry skin; grapes from Mexico to provide freshness for regular and combination skin; roses from Bulgaria to provide calming and rehabilitating qualities to sensitive and very sensitive skin; and green tea from China to clarify combination to oily skin. Each line contains three items: cleanser (soap or cleansing milk), facial mist and moisturizing cream. NIS 40 for the creams; NIS 25.90 for the cleansing products. Luxurious lashes Makeup companies seem to be focusing on mascaras of late, introducing better, more inventive products that lift and curl the lashes. Estée Lauder recently launched its new Multi Effect Mascara – Pure Color Envy Lash, which promises custom lashes on demand. The exclusive hybrid brush, says the company, lets you create a variety of lash looks. The buildable formula means you can dial up the drama throughout the day — and into the night. Conditioning oils keep lashes silky soft, even after you reapply. The brush has two sides – a bristle brush and a molded brush that render different effects. The nylon fibers build volume and raise the lashes, while a silicone side adds length and separates the lashes. Use one or both for added drama. The formula is enriched with argan, jojoba and coconut oils, as well as rich pigments and fibers. The mascara is also available in a waterproof formula. NIS 120. Cinderella story Cosmetic company Premier Dead Sea has launched a new line of moisturizing creams. Premier Classic includes day and night creams, as well as an instant lift mask. The day cream, for normal to dry skin, is enriched with herbal essences to provide moist, healthy, younger-looking skin (NIS 249.90). The night cream nourishes the skin while you sleep. The cream is enriched with herbal essences, Dead Sea minerals and other anti-aging ingredients (NIS 249.90). The surprise product – a Cinderella mask – should be used before an important night to render an instant lifting effect (NIS 259.90). Softer skin, hands down The skin tends to get dehydrated during the winter, so local cosmetics company Chic has added three new hand creams to its Chic Spa line. It is enriched with avocado oil, known for leaving hands hydrated but not oily, as well as vitamins, minerals and more. The hand creams come in three scents: vanilla-patchouli, lavender and musk. NIS 11. Razor sharp Men don't have to pay exorbitant prices for razors anymore. The Israeli pharm Internet site Pharmers introduces the return of the high-quality razor brand Dorco, which is at least 30-50% less expensive than other brands of the same quality. The line includes Pace 4, a four-blade razor with an ergonomic handle that promises quick and smooth shaving for tough hairs, with added cosmetic coating made from olives, chamomile and anti-allergen and anti-inflammatory ingredients. Individually wrapped, these minis are the perfect size for a quick cup of coffee. Brews news for coffee lovers Inspired by the origins of coffee, Nespresso is introducing new flavors in limited editions, each focusing on the sensory profile of its origin. The Arabica Ethiopia Harrar capsule is an espresso mixture made from 100% Harrar Arabica coffee beans, offering fruity and floral flavors and smooth body. The Robosta Uganda is a powerful mixture with chocolaty notes and a bitter aftertaste. NIS 25.50 for sleeve. Cheers! The newest addition to the core range of the popular Label 5 blended Scotch whiskey brand is The Gold Heritage, a premium blend that includes a complex mix of whiskeys including single malts up to 20 years old. Label 5 is one of the biggest selling Scotch brands in the world. The Gold Heritage sits alongside the Label 5 Classic Black, a 12-year-old and an 18-year-old expression. The pigment comes out when you wash your hair, so why not try a different color every day? It's fun! NIS 34.90 Purim kits for kids Getting ready for Purim with the kids is always a challenge. Not only do you need to find the perfect costume for the school Purim party, but there are more days when the kids want to dress up. Here's an idea. Kimyon has introduced two new makeup kits for kids. With a little practice, you can create some fast and fantastic solutions.
