Belgian doctor writes 'Jewish' in list of medical problems on 9-year-old patient's report

The doctor listed the patient's 'current problems' as: "Pain in the left forearm, Fell from the climbing structure to the ground; a man fell on top of her," and subsequently "Jewish (Israeli)."
